Tasting Notes
Greenish-yellow color. In the aroma, the notes of tropical fruits and citrus wrapped in a beautiful volcanic ensemble stand out. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. It has an enveloping, salty and persistent finish. Serve with grilled limpets, barnacles, and fish dishes.
Vinification

After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15 ºC.
