Tasting Notes
Bright yellow with greenish streaks. Lively and complex aroma reveals a tropical profile, with citrus and floral notes. Good balance of acidity with a long and persistent finish. Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12°C. Ideal to accompany fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
Vinification
Manual harvest, selected for 15 kg boxes. Total destemming and crushing. Static cold decantation, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°-16ºC.
Subsequent ageing on fine lees, in stainless steel vats until bottling.
