Vineyards
Until 2019, the vineyards located at Quinta do Porto Nogueira were cultivated under sustainable agricultural practices certified by the “Integrated Production Standards”. Currently the vineyards are conducted in Organic Production Mode.
Vinification
Rigorous selection and selection of bunches and berries carried out on 100% of the grapes. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC in small capacity stainless steel vats. Partial fermentation in used French oak barrels followed by batonnage for 120 days.
Tasting Notes
Citrus colour, bright appearance, elegant and defined aromas of white-fleshed fruits, some notes of gunpowder, with slight toasted nuances. Elegant palate with excellent size and freshness. It finishes complex and with unctuousness, presenting an excellent final balance.
