Crystalline appearance and salmon colour. Elegant and complex aroma, balanced between floral and fruity notes. Enveloping and vibrantly fresh. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany salads, sushi dishes and fish dishes.
Vineyards
Installed in the middle of the forest, this vineyard grows in harmony with nature. Respecting the ecological balance, we are able to minimize human intervention and the use of unnatural elements.
This is a wine from a series that shows the best of a vast viticultural heritage of native grape varieties existing in Companhia das Lezírias.
Vinification
Made from the best grapes of the Moscatel Galego variety, it fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel vats, where it stayed on the fine lees for 6 months.
