Vinification
Made from grapes harvested by hand, in one of the highest vineyards in Portugal, this wine was vinified in vats for 30 days, at about 14C. It had a slight ageing on fine fermentation lees.
Tasting Notes
Bright lime green color, floral, mineral and fruity notes, apple and lime. In the mouth it shows unctuousness and freshness, with a long finish.
