Tasting Notes

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ºC. After fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats in contact with the fine lees until bottling, in order to maintain its freshness and gain complexity.
