Vinification
Fermentation starts in stainless steel vats with temperature control followed by the end of fermentation and ageing for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Bright colour and with a lot of aromatic complexity, it presents notes of apricot, dried fruits and some vanilla. Its minerality reflects well the Atlantic climate typical of this region. In the mouth it is fresh and structured.
