Vinification
Regenerativo Branco is a white wine produced exclusively from Portuguese grape varieties. These varieties are cultivated with passion by the Nicolau Family, using regenerative organic viticulture practices. These practices not only improve the ecosystem, but also result in a wine that genuinely expresses its terroir. Total destemming, light pressing, cold decanting and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (between 12 and 14°C) for 15 days. After fermentation, it remained in batonnage on fine lees for 4 months. Aging for 12 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
Lively and intense aroma with a predominance of white fruits and citrus freshness in a good aromatic combination of the grape varieties used. Acidity with good freshness on the palate, medium and balanced body enhanced by white fruit and lively and persistent finish. The mouth has excellent acidity, indicating a great potential for evolution as the wine ages.
