Tasting Notes

Austere aroma, with notes of dry straw, citrus peel, a light floral typical of the Maria Gomes variety. Full-bodied, with well-balanced acidity , full, serious and dry flavor. A firm finish, a somewhat stern white, which will always behave well at the table.

Vinification

Grapes harvested by hand, gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottling without filtering or gluing.
