Great freshness and minerality. Notes of white fruits and flowers. It has a very balanced structure with a smooth, fresh and persistent finish. It accompanies Mediterranean cuisine, pastas and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Manual harvest in a 20 kg box. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
