Quinta da Ponte Pedrinha Vinhas Velhas White originates from a vineyard that is almost 50 years old and with a huge diversity of grape varieties planted, something very common in a vineyard of this age.
Tasting Notes
Very complex, intense and delicate aroma, it presents aromas of citrus fruits, as well as some resins. Vibrant in the mouth, with a good acidity and a strong mineral character. Very elegant and with a lot of personality, it reveals a good body and an excellent structure. Long finish, very persistent and fresh.
Vinification
Manual harvest in a 20 kg box. Slow fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control.
