Tasting Notes
It has a yellow color. In the aroma, floral notes, citrus fruit and stone stand out, with an emphasis on orange, lemon and peach blossom, combined with a subtle mineral touch that adds complexity. In the mouth, it is dry, with natural acidity very present, giving it good intensity and balancing the alcohol volume. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors stand out, with emphasis on grapefruit and a delicate touch of green pineapple that lingers during the tasting.
