Tasting Notes
It has a citrine color, clear and bright. Clear and light aroma, with aromatic notes reminiscent of tropical fruits and some citrus fruits. In the mouth it shows a great structure, a good balance and a strong persistence in an elegant, fresh and attractive set.
Vinification
Harvest in 25kg boxes, complete destemming and static decanting for 24 hours at low temperature. Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats takes place at a temperature of 14oC, for about 4 weeks, after fermentation, the wine is filtered and biologically stabilized. It also matures in stainless steel at a temperature of 8oC, until bottling, preceded by membrane filtration.
