Vinification
Manual harvest and gentle pressing of whole bunches. Decanting of the must for 48 hours and fermentation at 16ºC. Aging on the lees in which 40% of the batch aged for 3 months in French oak.
Tasting Notes
Lemon color, medium intensity aroma with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and good florals married with light toast from the aging in French oak. In the mouth it is a fresh, elegant and long wine. Ideal with grilled sea bream fillet, chicken breast with lemon brown, leek quiche, fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
