Tasting Notes
Citrine color defined. Typical aroma of the grape variety, tropical fruits and exotic fruits. It reflects the typicity of the grape variety in an exuberant restraint. It is a wine that fills with its freshness and very well achieved balance.
Vineyards
Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the mountains of Caramulo and Buçaco, at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea line. The oldest vines were planted in 1972, followed by new plantings in 1999.
Vinification
Total destemming, cold skin maceration, natural static defecation, alcoholic fermentation at 16º, and the final in used Allier French oak barrels for 6 months.
