Tasting Notes
Citrine color. Elegant, with notes of tropical fruits, citrus and stone fruit and slight floral. Balanced and complex, with balanced acidity , enveloping and a persistent finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, and then gently pressed. The must is inoculated with selected yeasts, fermentation for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16 ºC.
