Tasting Notes
Citrine yellow color with slight greenish tinges. It presents aromas of melon flower, white-fleshed fruits and light notes of vanilla. In the mouth it shows dominant acidity , balanced by the structure and unctuousness presented by this wine.
Vinification
The grapes after harvesting are kept in a cold chamber for about 24 hours before pressing. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels with acacia tops. After fermentation, the wine remained in the “sur lies” barrels, with weekly “batonnage”, for 8 months.
