Tasting Notes
Aroma of white fruit with a saline touch. Magnificent body with extended finish. Great with fish and seafood made in a simple or more complex way. Versatile, it goes well even with spicy dishes.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in mid-September during the night. Skin maceration (12h). It fermented in stainless steel throughout the fermentation. After fermentation, it was placed in a concrete vat where batonnage was carried out up to 1 month before bottling.
