Tasting Notes
With a crystalline appearance, it has a greenish citrus color. Intense and complex aroma, with citrus and tropical fruit notes, reminiscent of lime, peach and passion fruit. Intense and balanced palate, exuberant body, firm and refreshing acidity . Persistent finish with notes of exotic fruit. A great aperitif, it goes with everything from well-seasoned seafood to grilled white meats and vegetables from the Mediterranean diet.
