Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the beginning of August and gently pressed. Static cold decanting for 48 hours, fermentation at 14ºC to preserve all the aromatic intensity and aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 4 months until bottling.
Tasting Notes
Citrine-yellow colour, intense aroma of fresh tropical fruit and vegetable notes. In the mouth it is very elegant, fresh, unctuous and with a long aftertaste. Serve at a temperature of 10º – 12ºC.
