Tasting Notes
Wine with an open and bright color, lemon hue. In the aroma, intensity and joviality of style predominate. Aroma of immense fruit, full of tropical suggestions, apricot and white plum. In the mouth, it has a medium, velvety body, soft but with immense freshness, with the fruit taking precedence. Tropical suggestions maintain their presence, combined with citrus tones and refreshing vegetable modulations. Very harmonious and proportionate. Tasty, consistent finish with distinct persistence. Ideal with mussels with fennel, chicken breast with lemon brown, couscous with vegetables, fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
