Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand followed by the pressing of whole bunches. Static decantation for a period of 24H at controlled temperature. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel and French oak barrels for a period of 24 months.
Tasting Notes
Yellow coloured wine, nose with mineral notes and phosphorus head. Its aging for 24 months in stainless steel barrels and French oak helped to develop the complexity and structure along with the taut and deep mouth.
