Vinification
Fermentation took place for 24 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, for 9 months with “batonnage”.
Tasting Notes
Elegant, complex nose with mineral and floral notes. Great freshness and elegance in the mouth combined with an excellent texture and very long finish.
