Tasting Notes
Fine and elegant, with aromas of ripe white pommel, apricot, tropical notes, with light toast, well integrated. It has good structure, volume, fresh and mineral, with a balanced acidity. Elegant and long-ending.
Vinification
The grapes after harvesting are kept in a cold chamber for about 24 hours before pressing. The winemaking is done separately, fermenting in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine remained in the “sur lies” barrels, with weekly “batonnage”, for 8 months.
