Vinification
Destemming, pressing whole berries in an inert environment without the addition of sulphurous up to 0.2 bar, clarification was done by decantation and flotation, alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “batonnage” on total lees until April.
Tasting Notes
Citrus colour, intense aroma, yellow pulp fruit, floral.
In the mouth it shows freshness and balance. Long and persistent finish.
