Parcel of very old vineyard in Prado Novo, in the parish of Vermiosa, clay-limestone soil with quartz veins, at an altitude of 700 metres.
Tasting Notes
Very fine and elegant aroma, fresh citrus notes with floral nuances. Very broad and mineral in the mouth, with enveloping acidity highlighting the freshness of the altitude grapes, fruity and mineral in harmony with complex notes from the aging on fine lees, persistent finish.
Vinification
Manual harvest, crushing without destemming. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Aging
Aging with agitation of the lees – “batonnage” until bottling at the end of February, followed by 3 months of aging in bottle
