Vinification
Whole grapes are refrigerated for approximately 24 hours, then pressed, followed by static decanting. The clear part begins to ferment with indigenous yeasts in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Aging
The wine rests on the lees and is bottled after a brief maturation in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Wine with a bright color, pale with greenish tones, with an intense, fresh aroma and notes of white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, full-bodied and enveloping.
