Tasting Notes
Medium straw colored wine, excellent nose with floral and delicate aroma of elderflower and citrus, structured in the mouth with slight vegetable and mineral notes and balanced acidity that give it freshness and a persistent finish.
Vinification
This wine is fermented and stored in clay amphorae of approximately 1000 liters until bottling and is not aged.
