Tasting Notes
Medium straw colored wine, excellent nose with aromas of pear and tropical fruits, elegant in the mouth with slight balanced acidity that give it freshness mineral notes and a persistent finish.
Vinification
This wine is fermented and aged for 12 months in 800-liter Tuscan clay amphorae of artisanal production for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
