Vinification
Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Aging
After a short ageing on the fine lees, in stainless steel tanks, this wine is bottled and aged for a long time in the bottle, for 8 years, in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and with good acidity, the citrus and stone fruit notes are evident, already with some evolution. Full-bodied and rich, it has a silky and enveloping texture in the mouth. Highlight for its long and structured finish, which results in a persistent, complex and very pleasant wine to drink.
