The “Grand Cru” of AdegaMãe
Tasting Notes
Citrus yellow wine, with a lively aroma of good intensity where floral notes of jasmine and white fruit are highlighted. Fresh acidity on the palate well balanced with a light body, but complicated unctuousness by the effect of batonnage, lively and intense finish. Perfect with sushi, grilled fish, seafood and fish in the oven.
Vinification
Total destemming, light pressing, cold decantation, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (15-16 ºC), for 15 days. It was in batonnage for 4 months.
