Vinification
Vinified with as little intervention as possible. The grapes are destemmed and pressed with as little contact with oxygen as possible to avoid oxidation of the must. It ages in stainless steel vats and bottles for at least 12 months before going to market.
Tasting Notes
Golden in colour and a minerality very typical of clay and limestone soils. Fruity with pineapple notes, so characteristic of Arintos de Bucelas. Character, dryness and elegance.
