Manual harvest for boxes of 15Kg, with gentle pressing and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature (18 – 20ºC)
Tasting Notes
Citrus-coloured, with a fruity, mineral aroma, notes of green apple and slight floral. In the mouth it has good acidity, citrus notes with excellent balance between acidity and alcohol
