Vinification
Triay Mencía is a red wine with great personality, made from grapes selected by hand from balanced vineyards with low yields. Most of these vineyards are more than 30 years old and are located in two plots on the southern slope of Mount Ladairo, in the village of O Rosal (Oímbra, Ourense).
Maceration at 22ºC and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Take microoxygenation and ageing with your lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
The color is an intense garnet red, enriched by violet nuances. The aroma dazzles with the presence of delicious wild fruits, such as raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. Remarkably clean, the bouquet is pure, fruity, and elegantly refined. On the palate, it is enveloping, dense, greedy and persistently attractive. In the aftertaste, the fruit returns, standing out in a striking way. The intensity and persistence create a lasting and captivating sensory experience.
