Vinification
Triay Godello is a wine that arises from the recovery of an old clone of Godello in the “Val de Monterrei”, traditionally called Verdello. It is partially made on the lees, with grapes selected manually in our own vineyards, following a rigorous and careful process to ensure the purity and traditional essence of the wines originating in the region.
Alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging on the lees themselves for 3 months, preserving the natural processes of our ancestors.
Tasting Notes
The colouring reveals a greenish straw yellow. The aroma is captivating, with a remarkable aromatic intensity, evoking stone fruits, green apple, citrus and delicate floral touches. On the palate, the experience is unctuous and dense, with an admirably balanced acidity and citrus nuances. The aftertaste is marked by the memories of fruits. The intensity and persistence are long-lasting and elegant, providing a refined sensory journey.
