Vinification
Pressing of the grapes and separation of the must from the skins in 48 hours. Second controlled fermentation at a temperature of 18-19°C (natural fermentation in sealed tanks, which leads to the formation of carbon dioxide, enhancing the aromatic and fruity notes), facilitated by selected yeasts and subsequent aging in the fermentation yeasts for at least 30 days.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a straw yellow hue, with greenish nuances, and a perlage of delicate and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is fresh, with intense aromatic notes. On the palate, it turns out to be balanced and delicate, culminating in a pleasant finish.
