Vinification
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Maturation for at least 18 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Wine of rosé color, fruity predominantly in strawberry, blackcurrant, pleasant and harmonious. Elegant, revealing freshness and a persistent softness. Ideal as an aperitif in moments of conviviality or to accompany fish, seafood or pasta dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
