Fine bubble, good effervescence, fresh, with notes of pear, peach and citrus with a long and very pleasant aftertaste
Vinification
The production of this fabulous sparkling wine stands out for the use of two grape varieties most used for the production of Champagne, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir originating in the central part of the country. The manual harvesting process is very careful, which gives rise to this fantastic sparkling wine that entered the 400 best sparkling wines in the world in 2018.
