Tasting Notes
Vibrant pink color. On the nose, it stands out for its freshness and elegance, with aromas of wild red fruits, subtle floral notes and a slight touch of citrus. In the mouth, it has a delicate bubble, balanced acidity and refreshing finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in 15kg boxes, ensuring the maximum quality of the berries. After a slight crushing, the must is spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts. Before fermentation ends, the wine is bottled to complete fermentation in the bottle, giving rise to a natural effervescence. The process does not include filtering or disgorgement, preserving its natural turbidity and authentic character.
