Tasting Notes
Aroma of breadmaking and buttery notes, with ripe apple.
Mouth with delicate mousse, very fine bubble, notes of brioche and dried fruits, complemented by the buttery notes of the Chardonnay variety. Very refreshing and long finish.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in 15kg boxes and gently pressed after a short maceration. Fermentation in used French oak barrels on lees with batonnâge for 12 months
