Tasting Notes
Young, slightly golden in colour, fruity with an elegant aroma, fine and velvety bubble that melts in the mouth, with an acidity present that gives it a good structure in the mouth, in a creamy, fresh and balanced set.
Vinification
The grapes are discharged to the membrane press, where they are crushed and the must is extracted. The must is cooled, decanted and transferred to a stainless steel tank where it will ferment, with temperature control.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine settles naturally in the tank, being cleaned at the end of the year, when it is prepared to bottle sparkling wine, with free yeasts. The bottles of sparkling wine go to the cellar to ferment in the bottle at a controlled temperature and without light. After fermentation, the bottles remain in the cellar, aged until regrinding and disgorgement without added sugar are carried out, at which point the product is ready for commercialization
