Vinification
The harvest took place from mid-September to mid-October. The élévage is made of stainless steel. No allergens or animal products are used in the production of this wine.
Tasting Notes
Wine with a very clear salmon color, good body and great freshness. They have aromas typical of the grape varieties.
Soil & Climate
Soils of sedimentary origin have a clayey texture and high calcareous content. Mild climate with marked Atlantic influence.
