Vinification and Ageing

Fermentation in stainless steel vats, where it ages for 6 months on the total lees.

Tasting Notes

Wine slightly pink in color. On the nose very fresh, notes of cherry and raspberry, with a slight finish of peppermint. On the palate, a lot of volume, unctuous, with vibrant acidity and a slightly peppery aftertaste.
