Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and carefully pressed where their must will go to a stainless steel vat, where it will perform static decanting for a period of 24 hours. Following alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature between 14 and 16º. It ages in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a light pink color and an intense aroma of red fruits. In the mouth it is light, fresh with an acidity elegantly marking its long finish. Ideal to accompany salads, white meats or even as an appetizer. Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
