Vineyards
The vineyards located at Quinta do Porto Nogueira are conducted in Organic Production Mode. In soil maintenance, special attention is paid to combating erosion and increasing the organic matter content. We privilege the non-tillage of the soil and the application of manure of natural origin.
Vinification
Rigorous selection and selection of bunches and berries carried out on 100% of the grapes. Very gentle pneumatic pressing and ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Bright salmon coloured wine, bright appearance, elegant aromas of red fruits, some notes of flint and slight toast. Fresh palate with crackling acidity and incisive balanced by good unctuosity. It ends with enormous freshness, dominant balance and good final longevity.
