Touriga Nacional vineyard with 43 years, planted in southwest exposure levels at 450 meters of altitude.
Tasting Notes
Very light shade, it is a classic, fresh and aromatic rosé. It presents fresh notes of raspberry, roses and a slight touch of clementine. In the mouth it presents freshness, mineral notes and very long on the finish.
Vinification
The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions on September 5th. The grapes properly selected and destemmed were pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures for 5 weeks and aged on the fine lees for 6 months.
