Aging
Aging on the fine lees with battonage in stainless steel vats until January 2024.
Tasting Notes
It has a bright salmon color. In the aroma, it is young and of good intensity, with notes that refer to ripe red fruits. In the mouth, it is dry, light, with balanced acidity and an excellent mouth aroma. It ends with a refreshing finish.
