Tasting Notes
Light pink color with salmon undertones. On the nose it has a raspberry and cherry aroma with a little lemon. Balanced freshness. In the mouth it is smooth with notes of strawberry, fresh fruits, aromatic and prolonged finish.
Vinification
Mechanized nocturnal harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a pasta exchanger. Bleed the tub until the desired delicate color is obtained. Static cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.
