Tasting Notes
Clear, garnet in colour, it has an intense aromatic profile on the nose, suggesting ripe fruits, with soft notes of wood and hints of spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and well balanced, with robust tannins and well-combined acidity , ending with a long and elegant finish.
Vinification
Manual nocturnal harvest with sorting at a sorting table. Total destemming followed by passing through a dough exchanger. Fermentation in small stainless steel lagares with
Temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (80% French and 20% American), followed by the same period in the bottle.
