Tasting Notes
Salmon colored. It is a fresh and lively wine where the aromas of forest fruits stand out. In the mouth it impresses with its texture, silky and elegant. It reveals notes of aromatic herbs, with a long and persistent finish. Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12°C. Ideal to accompany fresh fish dishes, sushi, salads, white meats.
Vinification
Manual harvest, selected for 15 kg boxes. Total destemming, slight pressing with use of the drained tear. Static cold decantation, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14-16°C.
Subsequent stage in stainless steel vats until bottling.
