Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand followed by pressing. Static decantation for a period of 24H at controlled temperature. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel and French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety with an open salmon color, notes of fresh red fruits and a light balsamic.
