Vinification
Direct pressing of the grapes, without destemming. After pressing, the must is removed at low temperatures for 3 days, followed by static decanting for 24 hours. It ferments and ages in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
Tasting Notes
Pink colour, elegant aroma of plum and red fruits. Fruity, round, fresh and persistent flavor.
